Steps in which delay occurs:

1. Catchment area is not define properly
2. Admission System is analog that people are not aware about when and which age is proper to be admitted in school.
3. There is no pre-primary courses for upcoming students and guardians orientation also absent
4. Book/printed text based lessons that is very tough to conceive
5. Traditional examination systems
6. There is no game teacher and learning method
7. School managing committee is not well equipped with latest information that they can not suggest school how to make better and ensure better performance of teacher.
8. Government schools teacher recruitment is controlled by central but non government (volunteer) schools teacher recruitment is a problem still.
9. Teachers are not aware about latest information on the subjects

11. There is no effective evaluation process for teacher and students performances

How delay problems can be improved using technology:

1. Build up a database of children of catchment areas and enrollment preprimary and school age children

4. supply easy used technology to students and teacher
5. ensure training for teacher
6. ensure internet/email/intranet use of teacher, guardians and student
